Clear Cache and Cookies

If a web page isn't loading or working properly, you can try clearing your browser history, cache, and cookies.

  1. Navigate to and open the Samsung Internet app, and then tap Menu (the three horizontal lines).

  2. Tap Settings, then tap Personal browsing data, and then tap Delete browsing data.

  3. Select the data you would like to clear, such as Browsing history, Cookies and site data, or Passwords.

  4. Tap Delete data, and then tap Delete to confirm.

Note: Service usage may be restricted on devices running Android 5.0 Lollipop or lower, and iOS 14.2 or lower, due to technical limitations related to the camera.
