When the representative is not the CEO of the company, we need a power of attorney. If you do not have one, please download the attached file and fill out the form. Once completed, save them as a PDF file and submit it.

Q. Why need DoB on the list?
To clarify individuals' identity, we compare the two individuals, the one on the list and the one in the ID. For this procedure, there should be a few matching elements between the two(document & ID).
A combination of full name and date of birth is the recommened(easiest) way to verify, but ID number or signature or face picture are also acceptable.
Q. Is a tax certificate good for the Certificate of Incorporation?
For the 'Certificate of Incorporation', there are a few conditions required.
Registered name
Registraion number
Registered region
Registered date
Issued from government
If the tax certificate satisfies the requirements, we can accept it as Certificate of Incorporation.
Q. Who is Director?
We define 'Director' as someone who is registered at the government office.
*CEO is also a director.
