Settings & Subject
We are sending notifications for new KYB submission, KYB note update and KYB status change.
Set the notification alarm at the dashboard settings. The email will be sent to every members who has access to the project. Register a webhook URL for notification when necessary. Email and webhook are in pairs, thus it is unable to choose email or webhook only.
Notification Setting
Email
You can turn on/off the email notification at the account management area of the dashboard. Click My Account in the upper right corner and click the toggle button next to the bell to set the notification.
Webhook
Register the webhook URL on the 'Dashboard' tab. You can only register one URL. When there is a URL, it means the alarm is on, the opposite is off.
Notification Subject
New Submissions
A notification for a new submission. The alarm will be sent at the moment of creation. Notification can be sent through both email and webhook.
Note Updates
ARGOS leaves KYB notes(memo) when we reviewed the submitted documents but still need some more papers to process it. For your information and better communication, we will let you know which documents are required through the notes. But note alarm will be sent via only email.
Status Change
KYB has 3 status: Open, Complete and Closed. When it's submitted, it will have 'Open' status. And the moment of status change an email and a webhook will be sent out.
-Complete: KYB processes are all completed.
-Closed: KYB is momently suspended due to no reply from the target company. As soon as we get a response from them, the status will turn to 'Open' and the submission will be processed.
