Initialize & Configure

Dashboard: https://admin.argoskyc.com/

The Add On projects are dependent on a KYC project. Therefore, it is essential to first create a KYC project and secure the necessary access permissions. If you require assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Helpdesk.

Create an Add On Project

You can create as many Add On projects as you need directly from the dashboard. Add On is a charged feature, and your contracted credits will be deducted based on usage.

Configure Options

Project Information

  • Project Status: Set the operational status value for the project. If it is set to 'Closed,' submissions for authentication cannot be made for that project.

  • Project Name: Set the project name.

  • Projet Logo: Set the project logo.

  • Description: You can add a brief description for the project. If there are multiple projects with the same name, it's helpful to include additional information for differentiation.

  • Return URL: If you enter a URL, a button will be created that redirects to that URL upon the completion of a Submission. (This setting is only available when using Add On Liveform.)

Policy Setting

In this section, you can set the 'threshold values' for each option. In the context of Add On, the threshold refers to the level of confidence. In other words, it is a numerical representation of 'how certain the AI is'.

For authentication to be successful, the results must exceed each set threshold value. Please adjust the value by moving the slider.

  • Face Auth Threshold: Set the passing score for facial similarity.

  • Face shield threshold: Set the confidence score to determine whether the face is well-protected (or covered) by masks, goggles, etc. This setting cannot be configured simultaneously with the 'Face Occluded' option.

  • Helmet Wearing Thresholds: Set the confidence score to determine whether the head is well-protected (or covered) by a safety helmet.

  • Face Occluded: This setting can only be configured to 'On' or 'Off' and checks whether the face is occluded. When set to 'On,' it will detect occluded faces and reject them. This option cannot be configured simultaneously with the 'Face shield threshold' setting.
